Processing Time

• Orders are prepared within 2–4 working days
• During peak seasons, this may extend slightly — we will always notify you

UK Shipping

• Standard Tracked Delivery (2–3 working days) – £4.95
• Free UK delivery on orders over £75
• All parcels are fully tracked and securely packaged

International Shipping

• Europe: 5–10 working days
• Rest of World: 7–14 working days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Customs duties (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility

Each frame is wrapped in protective materials and boxed securely to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be returned in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos of the packaging and item
3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund
