2. Products & Services

Obelisk Stamps offers artisanal framed stamp collections, each featuring authentic postage stamps carefully arranged and presented in handcrafted frames. As each piece is handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur, making every frame unique.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required before dispatch. Orders are confirmed via email once payment has been received.

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are securely processed through Stripe using encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

4. Delivery & Shipping

All Obelisk Stamps frames are carefully handcrafted and prepared to order.

Each frame is wrapped in protective materials and boxed securely to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of the packaging and item
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund

We take packaging very seriously, but if something goes wrong, we will resolve it quickly. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Currency Preferences

Users may select their preferred display currency once from their account profile. This selection is permanent and affects how prices are displayed across the site. If you need to change your currency after it has been set, please contact our support team via the contact form.

Please note that currency selection does not affect the actual payment currency. All payments are processed in GBP (British Pounds). The display currency is for informational purposes only and exchange rates are updated daily.

7. Gifting & Packaging

All frames are presentation-ready and ideal as gifts. If you would like a gift note included, please add your message at checkout.

Each stamp used in our framed displays is an authentic postage stamp sourced from reputable dealers and collections. Where possible, historical context and issue details are included.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and images on this website are the intellectual property of Obelisk Stamps. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Obelisk Stamps is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or third-party services. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use or misuse of our products.
