Each frame is wrapped in protective materials and boxed securely to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Important: Returns are only accepted if the original seal is untouched. Because our frames contain authentic stamps, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the stamps once the seal has been broken.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The original seal must be intact and untouched
- It must be returned in its original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the packaging and item
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
